Our Australian customer support centre manages all help tickets and calls. As Vasto was developed and built by RTO owners we direct help requests to the support team member with the most relevant experience for complex needs. Our ticketed support system is available for all subscribers and is monitored 14 hours a day.
Tickets are rotated through the team rather than subscribers being assigned to specific staff to ensure they are answered in a timely manner. Escalation of critical support needs and custom development are managed by all individual support personnel.
Updates and enhancements are released every fortnight and Vasto’s dashboard announcements system ensures you are always up to date.

Your subscription package includes training sessions as required for your current staff as required. This includes ticketed support (see above) and short tailored and recorded sessions for various workflow functions. If your main administrators are replaced completely we offer paid training if required.
