Day To Day Support
Our Australian run customer support centre manages all help tickets and calls. As Vasto was developed and built by RTO owners we direct help requests to the support team member with the most relevant experience for complex needs. Our ticketed support system is available for all subscribers and is monitored 14 hours a day. Tickets are rotated through the team rather than subscribers being assigned to specific staff to ensure they are answered in a timely manner. Escalation of critical support needs and custom development are managed by all individual support personnel.

We engage with you over one year with 10 scheduled sessions aimed at reviewing your activity and your business, then providing planning and implementation activities to help you save time and money as you grow.

Pre-Transition Support & Special Needs
It’s important that you develop a list of business and industry specific questions for our transition specialists so we understand your business and any unique requirements. We provide ample opportunity for you to highlight concerns and wishes prior to commencement to ensure your transition is as smooth as possible.
We understand that your workflows may be unique. Vasto’s flexible infrastructure allows for numerous methods to implement complex and non-standard workflows.
We have allowances in our infrastructure to implement special needs through custom development. Each request includes a detailed request from you, followed by a draft price & development time estimate, and if you decide to proceed a deposit is required. If the project is large, staged payments are required to facilitate the build.
